These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Ikaros Home Studio Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), having its registered office at 5/103/M Garuda Galleria, Avinashilingampalayam, Avinashi, Tiruppur – 641654, Tamil Nadu, India.

1. Scope of Services

Ikaros Home Studio provides interior design, design consultancy, and turnkey execution services. The scope of work for each project will be clearly defined in the quotation, agreement, or work order shared with the client.

Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a variation and charged separately.

2. Design Services

• Design services include layouts, 3D visualisations, drawings, and material suggestions.
• A limited number of revisions will be provided as agreed during the design stage.
• Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All pricing will be shared through formal quotations.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Advance payments are mandatory to initiate design or execution work.
• Delay in payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of work.
• All applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged as per government regulations.

4. Turnkey Execution

• Execution timelines are estimated and may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and external factors.
• The client must provide site access, utilities, and necessary approvals for smooth execution.
• Any delays caused by the client, vendor, or external agencies are not the responsibility of the Company.

5. Materials & Finishes

• Materials will be selected based on availability and agreed specifications.
• Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to manufacturing differences or lighting conditions.
• Natural materials may have inherent variations.

6. Changes & Variations

• Any changes requested after design approval or during execution may impact cost and timelines.
• Such changes will be documented and charged separately.

7. Cancellation & Refund

• Advance payments made towards design or execution are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
• In case of project cancellation, charges will be applicable for work completed up to that stage.

8. Warranty & After-Sales

• Warranty will be applicable only on specific materials or hardware as provided by manufacturers or as agreed.
• Ikaros Care (after-sales support) will be provided as per company policy.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or external factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control
• Damages arising from misuse or improper maintenance
• Indirect or consequential losses

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and concepts provided by Ikaros Home Studio remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are not permitted to share, reproduce, or use the designs for other purposes without written consent.

11. Website Usage

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the content for unlawful purposes.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Avinashi / Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.

13. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
