Cancellation & Refund Policy – Ikaros Home Studio Private Limited

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Ikaros Home Studio Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Design Services

• Advance payments made towards design services are non-refundable.
• Once the design process has commenced, cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.
• Any work completed up to the stage of cancellation will be chargeable.

2. Turnkey Execution Projects

• Advance payments made for execution are non-refundable.
• In case of project cancellation, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed, materials procured, and commitments made up to the date of cancellation.
• Any customised or made-to-order materials cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

• Any refund, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.
• Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges for work completed and expenses incurred.

4. Payment Obligations

• Clients are required to clear all dues for completed work even in case of cancellation.
• Delay in payments or partial completion does not qualify for a refund.

5. Timeline for Refunds

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–15 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Design fees
• Consultation fees
• Customised furniture and materials
• Work already executed or completed
