To ensure long-term performance and peace of mind, we offer a structured warranty along with dedicated after-sales support through Ikaros Care.

What Our Warranty Covers

We provide a 5-Year Warranty on modular interiors and factory-finished components installed by our team.

This includes:

Structural integrity of modular furniture
Performance of hardware (hinges, channels, fittings)
Manufacturing defects in materials used
Installation-related issues carried out by our team

Our goal is to ensure your interiors continue to function smoothly and maintain their quality over time.

What Is Not Covered

To maintain transparency, the warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear over time
Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Water seepage, moisture damage, or external environmental factors
Modifications, repairs, or alterations done by third-party vendors
Damage caused by shifting, relocation, or structural changes

How the Warranty Works

We’ve designed a simple and efficient support system:

Raise a service request through Ikaros Care
Provide your ZORO ID (shared during project handover)
Our team reviews and verifies the request
Service is scheduled based on the requirement

Service Response Timeline

Initial response within 24–48 hours
Service scheduling based on location and scope of work

After-Sales Support – Ikaros Care

Our relationship doesn’t end at project handover.
Through Ikaros Care, we continue to support you with:

Warranty is applicable only for projects executed by Ikaros Home Studio Private Limited and is valid from the date of project handover.
